What is colour coated aluminium coil used for?
It is mainly the coated aluminium face sheet for aluminum composite panels, and is also used for aluminium ceilings and suspended systems, roofing and wall sheets, honeycomb panels, lighting and appliance cases, and furniture trims.
Which coating systems do you offer?
PVDF fluorocarbon (more than 70% PPG resin) for exterior facades and long outdoor life, and polyester (Becker, Sweden) for interior panels, ceilings and economy lines. Embossed and textured finishes are also available.
What widths, thicknesses and alloys can you supply?
Standard widths are 1220 mm and 1250 mm, with 1500 mm custom accepted. Aluminium thickness runs from 0.05 mm to 0.50 mm, in alloys AA1100, AA3003 and AA5005, with other grades on request.
What colours are available?
RAL and custom colours in solid, metallic and embossed finishes. Send the RAL code or a physical sample and we will match it.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is one standard coil, and custom colours have a minimum of 500 sqm per colour. Lead time is typically 10-15 days after deposit, shipped FOB, CIF or DDP door-to-door.
