Aluminium composite panel is a laminated product: the panel is only as consistent as the coil, the coating and the pre-treatment that go into it. This page lists the material systems JINXIANG specifies, with links to the manufacturers, so that buyers and specifiers can check any of them independently.
Aluminium substrate
Coil from established Chinese mills — Southwest Aluminium and Ruimin Aluminium — chosen for gauge consistency along the coil. Skin thickness variation is what shows up later as waviness across a facade, and it cannot be corrected after lamination.
Coil coatings
PPG resin systems for PVDF coatings (over 70% PVDF content), and polyester systems from Beckers. Coil coating, lamination and cutting run in one plant, so the coating data sheet and the delivered panel share a batch record.
Pre-treatment
Henkel and Chemetall conversion coatings. Pre-treatment is the layer that actually bonds paint to aluminium; a good coating over a weak pre-treatment fails at the same rate as a cheap coating.
Core and bonding film
Mineral-filled A2 core for fire-rated facades, FR/B1 core where the code allows it, and PE core for signage and interior work. Bonding film is selected against the service temperature of the application.
Working with us
If you supply a material system used in aluminium composite panels or coated coil — coatings, pre-treatment chemicals, protective films, or aluminium coil — and would like to be listed here, write to our sales team with your product reference. We list suppliers we actually specify, not paid placements.
Buyers: if your specification names a coating system, alloy or film, send us the reference and we will confirm what we can supply against it.
